Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to potential voters to collect survey data
  • Handle objections professionally to ensure survey completion
  • Enter review reactions into the system with precision and attention to detail
  • Participate in daily and weekly coaching sessions, as well as team and group meetings
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in a high-volume, high-quality environment in customer service, sales, or survey support
  • Ability to think quickly and respond effectively to changing circumstances
  • Agile approach to handling different challenges and situations during calls
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely to answer survey questions and record responses
  • Ability to type quickly for quick data entry
  • Determined commitment to achieving campaign objectives and a proactive, go-getter attitude
  • Adaptability to work on pivoting shifts on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid relational and communication skills
  • Resilience and the capacity to remain motivated even when working on the same thing over and over again
  • High standards of ethics and professionalism
  • Enthusiasm for political campaigns and a keen interest in research on public opinion

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
