Job Overview

arenaflex's Customer Care division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Las Vegas, NV area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Through your skills and knowledge, you will offer the solutions needed to help simplify their health care experience. This is a full-time position with flexible schedule options designed to create a work-life balance for those with priorities in and outside of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans via inbound calls
  • Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer solutions to help simplify members' health care experience
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to ensure success on the team
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions and meet approved internet speed requirements for work-from-home flexibility

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
