Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer questions and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Providing concise and accurate information to customers via live chat
- Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
- Completing training programs, including technical, policy, and soft skills training
- Engaging with ongoing training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
Qualifications

- Ability to work weekends if needed
