Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, building trust and confidence with our clients, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, setting the tone for a positive and personalized experience
• Fostering a helpful and supportive environment for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
• Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, demonstrating a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence
• Maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous
• Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly to stay ahead of the curve

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
• Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a growth mindset and a passion for excellence
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients
• Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
