Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic analysis of credit metrics, credit provision, and reserve for Senior Management in Risk and Finance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
• Own and manage complex data assets and packages within Risk Finance, serving as a subject matter expert and driving adoption of new tools and technologies
• Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports used by Risk Finance and business partners, providing credit-related analytical support and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights
• Develop and present key analyses and recommendations to Senior Management, influencing business decisions and driving strategic outcomes
• Build and maintain relationships across Risk Finance portfolio groups and with partners in Risk, Controllership, Tech, and other departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving business outcomes through cross-functional partnerships
• Provide decision-support with a strong emphasis on developing analytics that identify trends and opportunities in the portfolio, optimizing Business and Risk decisions and driving long-term growth and profitability

Essential Qualifications

• Advanced experience working with a majority of the following technologies: SQL/Hive, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R, VBA, TM1
• Experience working with a sophisticated level of Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data visualization and presentation skills
• Experience in ML modeling is a plus, with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques
• Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions, empowering business partners to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Superior attention to detail, alongside exemplary organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines
