Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems
