Job Summary

As an Evening Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling shareholder communications, providing accurate and timely information to clients, and ensuring their needs are met. You will work closely with internal clients to develop and implement effective communication strategies, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills to build strong relationships and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound, outbound, and email communications with shareholders, providing accurate and timely information to clients

Essential Qualifications
