Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, allowing you to balance your personal life while contributing to one of the leading airlines in the world.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about flight details and bookings
  • Assist customers with their inquiries, including flight changes, cancellations, and refunds
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and internet navigation
