As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail media by developing and executing strategic plans that unlock new revenue streams and deepen customer relationships.

Your Impact

As a seasoned professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making, you'll engage directly with our top clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and develop tailored strategies to grow their business at arenaflex. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners and external clients alike, as you synthesize disparate data sources into actionable insights that drive business results.

What You'll Do

* Develop annual strategic learning plans for our key business initiatives, aligning with arenaflex's overall growth strategy

• Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners
• Synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations for future media investments, regularly delivering these insights to both internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting
• Craft compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
• Collaborate with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
• Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's Retail Media Network and the broader retail media business

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative

• 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
• Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
• Expertise in storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
• Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)

• Proven experience in leading teams and driving business impact
• Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
• Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually, with starting rates varying based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and experience. arenaflex also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
