Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Virtual Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing data, including data entry, data management, and data analysis
  • Managing administrative tasks, such as email management, calendar organization, and document preparation
  • Providing exceptional support to our team, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong typing skills (25+ words per minute)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with data management software, such as CRM or ERP systems

  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Drive, Trello, Slack)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
