What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending and selling products that meet their needs
- Continuously improving our services, including design, customer experience, and repetition
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Proven track record of success in a customer service team and market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
