Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain systems, and we're excited to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions

• Work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations
• Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Carry out all future upgrades of software
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
• Regulate nonexempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Capabilities:

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Strong relational and analytical skills
• Experience with data entry and supply chain management
