Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.

Essential Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems, and navigate multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Previous experience working remotely is a plus, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a home office setting.
  • A typing speed of 35 words per minute with high accuracy, and strong phone and verbal communication skills, complemented by active listening and problem-solving abilities.
