Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and supporting our growing portfolio of powersports loans. This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing timely and effective support to customers.
  • Process phone payments, conduct outbound customer interview calls, and communicate with customers via online chat channels.
  • Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, addressing issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that all interactions with customers are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining a strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required, with some college coursework preferred. Ideally, you will have two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio.
  • A minimum of two years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, with collection experience being a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems of record (LoanPro) – training will be provided.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and online chat channels. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a significant plus.
  • Excellent "people" skills, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
