Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure timely delivery of medications to patients, working closely with our pharmacy team to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Handle high-volume calls, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
  • Utilize strong computer skills, including Windows, Microsoft, and other applications, to navigate our system and provide accurate information to patients
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience, working with Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving high-volume, complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with a focus on patient care and customer service

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)

  • Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (overnight shift schedule)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
