• Review and edit transcribed records for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, including completing records on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday per diem.
• Utilize transcription software and equipment, including a foot pedal and headphones.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with changing medical terminology, transcription guidelines, and industry developments.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of medical transcription experience is a must.
• Fluent in English.
• U.S. citizen.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of medical transcription experience.
