What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers, providing personalized service and resolving issues with white glove treatment
  • Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Making recommendations of products or services to close sales
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience
  • 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
  • A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
