Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our conversational AI platform and live chat support capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the discovery and development of new product features and capabilities that meet the evolving needs of our customers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet business objectives and customer needs
- Working closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that products meet business objectives and customer needs
- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that products are aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborating with data science teams to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes that inform product development and launch
- Working closely with business stakeholders to develop and maintain business cases for product development and launch
- Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs
- Developing and maintaining product documentation, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that products are well-documented and easily understood by customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
- Proven track record of delivering innovative products that meet business objectives and customer needs
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes
- Experience working with agile development methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms, with a focus on scalability and reliability
- Experience working with data science teams, with a focus on developing and implementing data-driven decision-making processes
- Experience working with business stakeholders, with a focus on developing and maintaining business cases for product development and launch
