Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, verifying financial information, and providing administrative support to our team. This is a part-time opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

* Process all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Verify GL Coding, Purchase Order creation, and routing as needed
• Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval
• Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed
• Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, as required
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as needed

Physical Requirements

* Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day

• Ability to occasionally move about inside the office
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment

Job Qualifications

* Must have experience in data entry and be self-motivated with minimum supervision

• 10-key by touch preferred
• Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail
• Must be familiar with various office equipment
• Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
