The Role
As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, providing solutions and support for their inquiries. - Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat
- Providing accurate information regarding shipping, returns, and product availability
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner

Requirements:
* A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Independent working capability with strong adherence to provided instructions
- Availability to work at least 10 hours per week
- A reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
