Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation and Content Development team. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical methods to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. You'll investigate client behavior, anticipate content engagement, and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Anticipate content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
