Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients' needs are met with professionalism and care
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Working collaboratively with the call center team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
