Responsibilities As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers while assisting with administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy. * Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies. * Assisting customers in resolving issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate departments. * Processing customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently. * Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the database. * Supporting the team with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. * Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
