Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
  • Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
  • Analyzing customer emails and providing thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Handling incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Tracking multiple issues at the same time
  • Troubleshooting software malfunctions
  • Working efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Experience working with software applications and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Knowledge of the home services industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
