Role Overview
As a remote travel agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching and recommending vacation destinations to clients, taking into account their interests, budget, and preferences
- Planning and arranging tour packages, excursions, and activities that cater to our clients' needs and desires
- Preparing quotes and reviewing them with clients to facilitate bookings, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date
- Crafting engaging social media posts and creative fliers that showcase our travel offerings and promote our brand
- Participating in various marketing activities, such as webinars, training sessions, and online events, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Key Responsibilities
* Research and recommend vacation destinations to clients
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and activities
- Prepare quotes and review them with clients
- Create engaging social media posts and creative fliers
- Participate in marketing activities, such as webinars and training sessions
- Book online domestic and international travel packages, including cruises, hotels, flights, cars, activities, and event tickets
- Create detailed itineraries and invoices for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are well-prepared for their travel events
