The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be a vital part of our customer-facing team, responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
  • Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
  • Working within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift
  • Computer/technology savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience
  • A Typing Assessment will be required as part of the application process
  • Superb attendance, with a commitment to being available when our customers need us
