Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations by handling data entry transactions, office clerical duties, and compiling reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and precise data processing.
  • Report Compilation: Assemble and reconcile reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various office tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless workflow and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Experience and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Organizational and Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring data entry and report compilation are precise and error-free.
  • Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of data entry experience in operations or a similar service environment, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Office Clerk Experience: 1 year of office clerk experience, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Industry Software Experience: Familiarity with industry software, including data entry and reporting tools.

Physical Demands

As a remote worker, you'll need to be able to:

  • Organize Office Systems: Adjust, connect, lift, pull, push, bend, or fold office systems and equipment to ensure proper records development and management.
  • Use Computer and Related Devices: Use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation.
