Qualifications and Requirements

• 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science, with a strong ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams.
• Prior experience in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics, building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions that solve business problems in a product model.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree), with a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and computer science.
