Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and providing access to our clients upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
• Being accountable and taking ownership of the client's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Creating innovative ways to resolve clients' issues or concerns, ultimately making loyal enthusiasts out of our clients
• Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting clients' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
• Accommodating the needs of our clients by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional experience

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to delight clients with every interaction
• The ability to listen to clients' needs, offering confident recommendations, and resulting in high satisfaction with the service received
• Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment

Essential Qualifications
