Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding flights, reservations, and policies.
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues on the first contact.
  • Processing flight changes, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain clear records and improve service delivery.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiar with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
