What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service and support to our members and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing personalized solutions and recommendations to meet the unique needs of our members and clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A diploma of college studies (technical DCS) in a relevant field, such as customer service, sales, or marketing
- At least one year of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in French, with advanced level proficiency in English a plus (depending on the position)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
