Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our data management and reporting team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating large volumes of data into our computer systems. You'll also be responsible for verifying the accuracy of data entries, performing regular data backups, and maintaining data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Data Entry & Verification

  • Input and update large volumes of data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and accessibility.

### Data Maintenance & Quality Assurance

  • Organize, manage, and maintain data files to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct data cleaning to identify and remove duplicate or outdated entries.
  • Adhere to data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

### Reporting & Documentation

  • Generate reports or summaries as required by management or relevant departments.
  • Document data entry activities and update relevant logs or tracking systems.
  • Respond to data inquiries and resolve any issues related to data accuracy.

### Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with other departments to retrieve or verify necessary data.
  • Communicate data-related issues or improvements to team leaders or supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated with data entry software or system changes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with data entry software.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow procedures and guidelines.

Working Conditions

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be working in a remote, work-from-home environment. You'll need to have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer. You'll also have flexible working hours, depending on the project requirements.

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $19.00 - $23.00/hour.
