Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping our clients navigate their healthcare plans, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients regarding their healthcare plans and concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and other healthcare-related topics
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer service and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry or related field
