About the Role: Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
• Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
• Marked attention to detail in daily work.
• At least 1 year of previous work experience (a plus).
• Advanced English level.
