Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our e-Fulfillment team, working remotely from Puerto Rico. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll collaborate closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues, meet common goals, and drive project success. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that offers the flexibility and work-life balance you deserve.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
- Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to resolve issues and meet common goals
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
