Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that our community remains a safe and welcoming space for all members. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
• Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
- Delete messages that violate our community guidelines and rules.
- Ban users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines and rules.
- Mute users who have violated our community guidelines and rules.
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines and rules.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining a positive and inclusive online community.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our community members.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Discord and online community management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Experience in community management, moderation, or a related field.
