Job Summary

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and selling arenaflex's innovative products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and guidance, while also meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues and product-related queries

  • Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our services and products
  • Meet sales targets and grow from feedback and coaching, using your skills and knowledge to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services
  • Participate in 3-4 weeks of in-class training and 2-4 weeks of floor training, working closely with peers to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Sell arenaflex's smart home and other products on every call, using your expertise to identify opportunities and close sales
  • Directly connected to our Pay Per Experience (PPX) incentives, which reward top performers with up to $32+/hr
  • Spend 4-8 hours daily working at a computer, using our call center software to manage customer interactions and sales activities
  • Escalate calls appropriately when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support and guidance they need

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
  • Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute, with the ability to learn call center software
  • Passing hiring assessment, including soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge
  • Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn, including Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications
  • Bilingual Spanish/Español skills highly desirable, with additional financial incentives provided
  • High customer service acumen, with the ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
  • Distraction-free work environment with home office or designated workspace
  • High-speed internet (minimum requirements of 10MBPS download/5MBPS upload)
