Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information
- Collaborating with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell products
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues

Essential Qualifications
