Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets to perform ad-hoc analyses and inform business decisions
• Developing ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to centralize data from multiple sources and create a single, unified view
• Creating data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and drive business outcomes
• Analyzing stakeholder needs and partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve efficiency
• Documenting processes and sharing expertise with colleagues to drive knowledge sharing and collaboration

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
• Creativity and a user experience (UX) focus to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
• Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root cause business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
