Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive performance optimization. As a Sr. Analyst, you'll work closely with our store teams, HR partners, and executive leadership to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency

• Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions and drive performance optimization
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategic solutions
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive performance optimization
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and drive business growth
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and store teams
• Build and maintain relationships with store teams, HR partners, and executive leadership to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business operations role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience driving high-performing teams and leading process improvements
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical modeling

Preferred Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in a retail or field operations role

• Experience working with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical modeling techniques
• Experience leading process improvements and driving business growth
