Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently from a home office, with flexible scheduling options and a self-motivated approach
  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and social media, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required, with a focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
