Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Customer Support and Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing full-time assistance to our clients, including records submission, clerical work, and customer support. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient data management, and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Place outbound customer calls, follow-up emails, and answer general inquiries to provide exceptional customer support

  • Update and maintain client phone call data, including updating and acting on customer care logs and all customer profile pages
  • Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, information access, and document creation
  • Produce and improve customer support concern tickets to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handle exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research
  • Manage the provider's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and consumers
  • Direct and seat all visitors to their designated offices and meeting rooms and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment
  • Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks
  • Responsible for examining inventory supplies and ensuring timely replenishment

Essential Qualifications

* Work from home (remote) environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow instructions and adhere to established guidelines to perform critical task functionalities
  • Illustrated problem-solving potential
  • Enthusiastic and centered with the ability to multitask and focus on requests
  • Higher attention to detail and powerful organizational skills are required
  • Analytical capacities; energized, centered, and capable to multitask
  • Ability to partner with minimal direction and resolve internal issues

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer support, data entry, or administrative roles

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with inventory management and supply chain logistics
