Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. You will work in a fast-paced, metric environment and will be expected to meet or exceed performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy, resolving patients' questions on the first call
- Ensure timely delivery of medications to patients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric environment
- Strong computer skills and a passion for helping others
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
