Job Summary
As a Part Time/Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers, providing a positive and engaging experience
- Demonstrate active selling skills, providing product information and guidance to customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
- Assist with visual merchandising, setting up seasonal promotions and visual displays
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking and recovering products as needed
- Provide excellent customer care, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Work successfully as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
- Demonstrate flexibility in your schedule, adapting to changing business needs and requirements
Qualifications
* Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills
- Moderate computer/systems competency
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required
- Students are not eligible to apply to this position
