Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Managing customer interactions: Provide an optimum level of service to our clients, managing customer interactions via inbound calls and resolving issues to the best of your ability.
• Providing advice and guidance: Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, providing them with the support and guidance they need to resolve their issues.
• Achieving customer satisfaction: Work towards achieving the best resolution for the customer, ensuring that they are satisfied with the service they receive.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Spanish: Be a native or near-native Spanish speaker, with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the language.
• Excellent written and verbal communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Customer-oriented and compassionate: Be customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong desire to help others and provide excellent customer service.
