Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality data entry services to clients, including data collection, data entry, and data analysis

  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines and deliver results that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Utilize computer software and hardware to perform data entry tasks, including typing, data analysis, and data visualization
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks and projects
  • Participate in online discussions and forums to provide feedback and insights on products and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry tasks, including time spent, data entered, and any issues or challenges encountered
  • Perform other related duties as required by the organization

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, data analysis) an asset

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Ability to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to meet deadlines and deliver results that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support an asset

  • Experience working with computer software and hardware, including data entry software and hardware
  • Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
