Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifications in a timely and efficient manner
- Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate response
- Dispatching the proper authorities to resolve customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Shifts and Scheduling
We offer a range of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- 10-hour shifts
