Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering outstanding service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls
• Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and provide support
• Enter data into the system of record with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform a variety of benefit administration and case processing tasks assigned to higher-level staff
• Provide overall clerical support functions for the processing activities

Essential Qualifications

* Education: A GED or high school diploma is required

• General Experience: At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, retail, or in a similar setting
• Job Description: The successful candidate will be able to provide rapid, efficient, and accurate customer service in a professional manner for extended periods of time in accordance with the requirements of the contract

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

• Demonstrated keyboard board skills and verbal and written proficiency in English language to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information to callers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
