Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer inquiries

  • Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data to inform outreach efforts
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide problem resolution through effective communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Participate in projects of limited scope and complexity, following established procedures and working under supervision

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills:

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
