About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in our lobbies and at gates. Your role will involve:

  • Crafting meaningful connections: You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Providing exceptional service: You'll offer a professional, assured, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues and create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

* Interacting with customers: You'll engage with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, building loyalty and commitment to arenaflex.

  • Stepping up to meet customer needs: You'll take ownership of customer issues, ensuring a robust sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Maintaining a safety mentality: You'll work daily with a safety-first approach, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Navigating challenges: You'll remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, adapting to changing circumstances and resolving issues effectively.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Computer and technology skills: You'll be comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability: You'll need to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
  • SIDA badge and airport requirements: You'll be required to obtain a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Work authorization: You'll need to be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Attendance and uniform standards: You'll be expected to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
